Yes, you can get a mailed statement every month, but you can also opt in to view your statement online. Along with being able to see your statement online, you will also be able to see your daily business transactions.

Interchange means the amount of money that banks and card brands (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) charge. Interchange is the portion of the processing cost that no credit card processor has control over. These rates are the same no matter where your merchant services account exists.

A chargeback is the reversal of a sale transaction that arises from a processing technicality, a customer dispute or fraudulent activity. All chargebacks are violations of the rules and regulations established by a payment brand, such as Visa®, MasterCard® or debit network.

Chargebacks are something every business wants to avoid, as they can result in lost revenue.

If you're not EMV compliant or don't have EMV equipment, we can help you getting your business EMV compliant. With your business running transaction with the new chip cards, all liability falls on the payment brand issuer.

Many factors determine the kind of hardware you will need, including: type of merchant account you want to establish (e.g., ecommerce, retail or direct market), the type of industry you're in, how many transactions you have a day, type of transactions you'll be processing, how many locations your business has, etc. Once we have all of this information, we will be better able to advise you on the type of equipment you'll need to be able to process credit cards.

If you're purchasing an existing business, we will be able to re-program the existing equipment if this business isn't running legacy equipment.

We also offer ATM services for merchants that have existing ATM's or are wanting to setup a new ATM at their location.
